Wuxi Lelou Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in the year 2012.Our company is special line in producing and marketing aluminium sheet,belt,and foil.Annual production is 100,000,0 tons,we can produce almost products of 1-8 series aluminium alloy.Tap stock( for ring-pull),canbody stock,marine plates,aluminium sheet for cars,keyboard stock and PS baseboard are the advantage products of the company.We are one of the few producers who can produce canbody stocks.That means our processing capability of the aluminium sheets become the first class of the world.Especially the hot-rolling plates,Extra-wide extra-thick hard-alloy aluminum sheet,Embossed aluminum sheet fill the gap in the domestic market and they are widely used in packaging,electronics and electrics,construction,transportation,oil reserve,aeronautics and astronautics and light industries etc. it has establish a long-term cooperation with 500 domestic and foreign enterprises.All qulified examined by construction materials by the State Quality Supervision Center and we have got ISO 9001:2008 and CCS,so we can adapt to meet customer's high requirment of qulity.
The main processing epuipments are produced by famours factory in China,we own 10 casting and rolling line,one 1+4 hot rolling production line,2450mm,2050mm,1650mm etc.in total 11 cold rolling machine,1850mm two-stand continous cold rolling mill,one quenching furnace,one set of tension pre-streching machine,we also own press machine,Double-sided milling,cutting machine,recoiler,grinding machine,lathe,Casting Well,annealing furnace,smelting furnace and so on,above all 1+4 hot rolling force,rolling speed and rolling width,2450 cold rolling line is uniqueness,our products specifications:thickness(0.008mm-300mm),length(under 11 meters),width(under 2300mm)
